Terms & Conditions — 198kiss Malaysia

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and 198kiss ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") regarding your access to and use of the 198kiss website located at https://198kiss.cam and all associated services, features, and content.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 198kiss platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 198kiss platform.

• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total bet turnover a Member must complete before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

• "Self-Exclusion" — a voluntary restriction requested by a Member that prevents Account access for a defined or indefinite period.

To create and maintain an Account on the 198kiss platform, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 198kiss does not permit use of the platform by any person under the age of 21, and this age requirement is non-negotiable.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your location before registering.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• You have not been self-excluded or otherwise restricted from gambling platforms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 198kiss or any of its affiliated game studio partners.
• You are registering as a genuine individual player — corporate accounts, syndicate accounts, and bot-operated accounts are strictly prohibited.

Each individual may hold only one Account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or a false identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are obliged to update your Account details promptly if any information changes after registration. 198kiss reserves the right to verify any information you provide and to request supporting documentation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally initiated the action. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the 198kiss support team immediately.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Do not allow another person to use your Account.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other websites.
• Log out of your Account when using a shared or public device.
• 198kiss support will never ask for your password — any request for your password should be treated as fraudulent.

198kiss is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain Account security, including any loss caused by a third party accessing your Account using your credentials.

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The 198kiss platform supports the following payment methods, subject to availability and maintenance windows:

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Account deposit section and may be updated from time to time. 198kiss is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider, bank maintenance periods, or eWallet service interruptions. Credit card deposits may be declined by the issuing bank at the bank's discretion — this is outside the control of 198kiss.

Deposits are final once confirmed. If you believe a deposit has been processed incorrectly, contact the support team with your transaction reference and bank or eWallet statement within 72 hours of the transaction.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to Account verification status, any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds, and the minimum withdrawal thresholds displayed in your Account. All withdrawals are paid in MYR to a payment method registered in your own name.

198kiss may request identity verification (KYC) documents prior to processing a withdrawal or at any other point deemed necessary. • Withdrawals will only be sent to a method and account owned by the registered Member.
• Processing times displayed on the Platform are estimates; bank transfer and eWallet timelines may vary.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled and returned to Account balance before processing is initiated.
• Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.

198kiss offers various promotional incentives from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to individual terms that specify eligible games, minimum deposit, wagering requirements, minimum odds, maximum bonus amount, and expiry conditions.

The following general conditions apply to all 198kiss promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• A Member may only claim a specific bonus once, unless the promotion explicitly permits repeat claims.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied using Real-Money Funds or Bonus Funds as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated after completing the applicable wagering requirement become eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonus abuse — including matched betting, arbitrage, use of automated tools, or any other pattern of play designed to exploit a promotion — is prohibited and will result in bonus cancellation and potential Account suspension.
• In the event of a conflict between a general promotional condition and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms prevail.
• 198kiss reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

By participating in any game or placing any bet on the 198kiss platform, you acknowledge that all outcomes are determined by the respective game engine or live event result. Outcomes are final once confirmed by the system or event result, subject to the specific game or sport rules applied at the time.

For sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UFC, esports (Mobile Legends, Dota 2, CS2, PUBG Mobile), and other supported events — the following apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change without notice prior to acceptance.
• Bets placed after a match or event has started may be voided if the live acceptance window has closed.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or venue change, settlement rules specific to the sport and market type apply.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are displayed within the betting interface and may differ by market and event.

• Creating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity or using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to influence gameplay or exploits bonuses.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or payment system glitches for financial gain.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing support staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to access accounts, systems, or data belonging to other Members.

• A Member is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms.
• A Member is found to have provided false or misleading registration information.
• A fraud review or identity verification process is incomplete or unresolved.
• A Member's conduct is deemed harmful to the platform, other Members, or the integrity of any game or event.
• A Member requests permanent self-exclusion.

On Account closure, any Real-Money balance not subject to dispute or active investigation will be returned to the Member using the last verified payment method, subject to applicable processing times and verification requirements. Bonus Funds are non-refundable on Account closure.

Members wishing to close their own Account voluntarily should contact the support team. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirement attached to active Bonus Funds.

198kiss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, 198kiss will take reasonable steps to notify Members via the platform or registered contact details.

Your continued use of the 198kiss platform after an update has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request Account closure.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any formal legal action. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief where necessary.
